Preschool

At the Hollander Early Childhood Center, our goal is to instill a love of learning and Yiddishkeit  in your child.  While we treat each child as an individual, we teach him that he is part of the greater group as he learns to play, work, share and interact with his peers and the greater community.  Our goals are to help your child feel proud of himself, proud of his work, proud of his Yeshiva and most importantly to make him proud that he is an important part of Klal Yisroel.

Our program, along with its incredible staff of moros and our rebbe, literally brings the Parsha and Yomim Tovim to life.  The lessons of chessed and emes, honesty and integrity come alive as the children sit in Avraham’s tent as they learn about Hachnasas Orchim, appreciating all of Hashem’s creations, at our Breishis Fair, and diving into our “Makos Mania,” just to name a few of our hands on experiences.

In addition we are also building the foundations of reading, math, science, social studies, and social skills. Your children are building with blocks, painting on the easels, creating sculptors out of clay, cutting, gluing, and engaging in dramatic play, but most of all they are having FUN!

Our Pre 1a Rebbe, Rabbi Eli Herzberg teaches his talmidim in the Bais Medrash L’kriya as well as throughout the school. He teaches our Pre 1a boys kriya, leads our nursery children at upsherin, blows the shofar for all of the classes, leads our trip to Tashlich, and treats all the classes to Erev Shabbos stories.
